Private lake house surrounded by incredible water views, 1000's of acres, near the hip hamlet of Narrowsburg. Perfect for a family who would like to get away from the city for a bit but stay connected. We are neighbors within walking distance but not visible. Main house is 3 BRs (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin) + there's an option to add a Studio Apt (1 King, full bath, kitchen) hidden over the garage. House is modern, clean and magical! Private lake, dock, boats, babbling brook, bald eagles.
Other things to note
Each bedroom in the main house is equipped with natural linens, a ceiling fan to help amplify the cooling lake breeze on hot days (even though A/C is available its not really needed), and ample closet space.
The bathrooms retain retro sinks and a mini tub in the family bathroom, with new tile, fixtures, and bluetooth speakers so you can enjoy some tunes.
A studio apartment loft allows groups of 7 or 8 to spread out, with an additional bathroom/shower and kitchenette.
Some things you won't find here are a television or game console (but please do BYO) or a food service delivery (but I have convinced some of the folks in Narrowsburg on occasion hehe). Seriously, you pretty much have it all.
